one last time

kim in memoriamI miss kim.

There are still times, when I would unconsciously look for her in our house or try to call her name. I guess her death is so sudden that I had trouble believing and getting terms to the fact that she’s not here anymore.

I may sound a little overdramatic. And you may say that it’s just a cat. But when you get used to someone or something being there, it’s hard to get on when they’re not there anymore. Uhum.

Kim is such an adorable cat. She was given to us by a friend when she’s just a tiny kitten (maybe about a month old) and just about the length of one hand and had hardly any hair on.

She really likes to cuddle up and at most times would sleep on my bed. Most of the time, I would find her sprawled in my bed and sometimes I’d just cuddle right beside her. At times, when I’m getting ready for work at night, she’d come in my room and be in her favorite spot in my bed, right on my big, fluffy pillow. I’d then just cover her with my blanket so that Tatay would not see her and let her out at night.

I miss her.
