If you have been here before, you may have noticed something new in my sidebar.
I have installed two plugins today: the Most Commented Posts by Ja, RAFi and the Top Commentators by Jared Bangs.
more
The Top Commentators plugin will add a list of the most frequent commenters posting to your blog. They are gathered in descending order (highest number of comments at the top) The list items will be links to the comment author’s URL, if provided. It has configurable features such as number of people to show, list of names to exclude from the list: An array of names to be ignored from the counts and a lot more.
Both are pretty straight-up and simple, but are working excellently. I did not have any problems in installing, configuring and making them work.
To see the plugins in action, well you just have to look at my sidebar! Post some comments here and aim for the top spot in my Top Commentator’s list. ![]()
