white is the new black

got some catching up to do. though my holidays are not exactly uber-exciting, i was actually content bumming around the house, just watching tv and playing with the dogs.

yes. dog(s). we now have two dogs in the household. and he is just as cute if not cuter and more adorable than chad. he’s a mixed breed (terrier, maltese and japanese spitz) and is quite small.

taptap would just turn 3 months old on jan. 19. he was given to us by another family friend about a week ago (dec 27). look at the pictures!

cutie taplook at me! i'm cutetappy tap

tappy is very unlike chad as he’s not as active as chad was when he was his age. taptap just slumps calmly on the floor and sleeps most of the time. i honestly think he’s kind of autistic as he has this adorable thing. he plays by himself, he’d roll over and jump and bark like there’s someone/something in front of him and then he’d run around the house. maybe he has an invisible friend. :)

chad on the other hand, has become a little bit mellow, he’s already toilet trained and just goes (either peeing and poo-ing) when you say “poo-poo” at the designated place, at the back of our house. he also learned to obey when you say “no”. here’s some pics of chad. :)

chad at 1.5 mos. very fluffy!chad at tubungan, 2 monthschad at almost 3 ms. getting bigger!

the house is a little bit chaotic right now. whew, taking care of two dogs does take a lot of time, and for me especially, as i am the one whose their surrogate “mother” and paying for all their vet bills and food and their pet stuff. i don’t really mind as i actually like buying things for them. and then there’s that feeling, like when you just want to feel relaxed and laugh a little, they’re always there ready to cheer you up, so it’s all worth it.

waah… i do hope that they’ll live long, full and happy lives. we’re really now committed to them and i just love them!
